We are a fast-paced retail and wholesale organisation based in S9 looking for an experienced, full time Accounts Assistant who is looking for a new challenge.

We are growing as a company and ideally need someone who can hit the ground running.

This is a unique opportunity for anyone studying or qualified to AAT.

This is a very varied role, and you may be asked to complete other tasks associated with a fast-paced office environment.

Up to 40 Hours per week Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm or 10am to 6pm.

Salary negotiable dependant on experience.

Annual Leave: 20 days plus bank holidays.

(After 2 years' service, an increase of 1 extra day per year will be accrued up to a maximum of 5 days).

Previous experience in a similar environment preferred.


Duties to include:

  • Cash handling
  • Banking
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Sales and Purchase Ledger
  • Weekend working may be required to assist with stock takes.
  • Other ad hoc office duties as and when required from the Office Manager
  • Must be able to work as part of a team and independently.


You will be working with a very friendly and supportive group of people, and you will need to communicate with other areas of the business on a regular basis.

Full training will be given on our bespoke accounting system.

From £20,097.00 per year
