About the role:

As an Inclusion Advisor, you will be instrumental in driving the implementation of Ocado Logistics' inclusion strategy throughout our expansive network.

Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to create a workplace where every individual feels a strong sense of belonging.

You will be:

Collaborating with the Engagement, Wellbeing, and Inclusion Lead to embed Ocado Logistics' inclusion strategy, drawing on employee insights and data.
Analysing and interpreting data, both internal and external, related to inclusion, contributing to datadriven decisionmaking.
Managing and nurturing inclusion communities in collaboration with the wider inclusion team.
Overseeing the planning and execution of inclusion awareness weeks and days.
Supporting the growth of our recruitment pipeline through supporting the management of employability partnerships and programs.
Partnering with the communications & design team to amplify messages and stories related to inclusion.
Partnering with internal stakeholders to organise and support key internal events.
Acting as the first point of contact for inclusion queries and sharing of specialist knowledge with internal teams.

About you:
