I am working closely with an excellent, international business based in Crawley, to recruit a permanent and full-time Junior Finance Analyst.

This is a brilliant opportunity which would suit a finance/ accounting graduate, at an early stage in their ACCA, ACA or CIMA studies.

You will ideally have worked within finance for 2-3 years and have an understanding of accounting process but you are now keen on progressing down more of a commercial finance route.

Rather than focusing on tax/ financial accounting duties, you will involved from day one in the following tasks:

Assisting with Budget setting and Forecasting
Data analysis
Supporting in systems improvements
Conducting sales analysis
Business Partnering with stakeholders
Have AT LEAST 2 years' experience, preferably gained within a commercial finance role
Have advanced Excel skills (data manipulation/ Pivots and Vlookups)
Be a finance or accounting graduate
Be an active/ early stage ACCA, ACA or CIMA studier
Have a good grasp of general accounting
Be a superb communicator, comfortable in liaising with various stakeholders
ACCA, ACA, CIMA study support
25 days' holiday
Flexible working arrangements
Possible bonus
A 95 working week
Hybrid working once settled into the role (maximum of 2 days per week)
