    Join Halfords, a leading retailer of automotive products and services, as we seek a skilled Retail Operations Implementation Coordinator to drive the successful launch, maintenance, and measurement of compliance across our propositions, processes, and policies.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and oversee the implementation plan aligned with operational change size for propositions, policies, or processes.
    • Manage the annual workload and implementation plan covering all strategic retail changes within budget.
    • Maintain version control of retail operational processes, ensuring accuracy and proper delivery through available tools, and introduce digital solutions where appropriate.
    • Monitor compliance and performance during implementation and hyper-care phases, providing relevant, accurate, and timely content in collaboration with communication and performance teams.
    • Support infrastructure for over 100 commercial and marketing launches annually with documentation aligned to our selling model for accurate implementation.
    • Ensure all policies and processes promote clarity, safety, and compliance.
    • Maintain digital tools supporting the selling model, aligned with seasonality and commercial plans, facilitating customer interactions.
    • Provide visibility of the implementation plan, including progress and updates for stakeholders both centrally and in the field.

    Requirements:

    • Operations professional with experience in retail, either in a leadership role or supporting capacity.
    • Strong understanding of tools used for launching, measuring, and maintaining implementation across multiple sites.
    • Experience with communications and reporting tools is desirable but not essential.
