Description
To develop and monitor effective administration systems and procedures. To use initiative and judgement when answering queries and handling correspondence taking action as appropriate. Prioritise to ensure the workload is dealt with in a timely manner. To organize and prioritise work schedule and work with minimum supervision.
Using electronic systems be responsible for the management of the ordering and distribution of staff uniforms, ordering of stationery items, ordering of goods such as physiotherapy equipment for the therapies team.
To provide general secretarial and administrative support to Specialists and their teams within the Physiotherapy / Neuro / O.T department as required.
To provide an effective and accurate audio typing service, ensuring clear and comprehensive documents are produced within the given timescales.
