Swindon

£19,500 p/a


We are excited to be recruiting for this fantastic Customer Service Administrator role based in Swindon Our client is a market leader in their field, and prides themselves on providing a high-quality healthcare service to customers across the UK.

Duties to include:

  • Acting as first point of contact for the professional team
  • Utilising mapping, car tracking, and logistics software to support staff
  • Handling inbound calls and assisting with general queries
  • Ensuring internal customer details are correct and up to date
  • Managing all paperwork to ensure requirements are met
  • Recording communications and information accurately

Requirements for this role:

  • GCSEs Grade C or above in Maths and English (or equivalent qualification)
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Salary:
£19,500.00 per year
