We are excited to be recruiting for this fantastic Customer Service Administrator role based in Swindon Our client is a market leader in their field, and prides themselves on providing a high-quality healthcare service to customers across the UK.
Duties to include:
- Acting as first point of contact for the professional team
- Utilising mapping, car tracking, and logistics software to support staff
- Handling inbound calls and assisting with general queries
- Ensuring internal customer details are correct and up to date
- Managing all paperwork to ensure requirements are met
- Recording communications and information accurately
Requirements for this role:
- GCSEs Grade C or above in Maths and English (or equivalent qualification)
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

£19,500.00 per year
