Are you an experienced professional looking for a permanent, hybrid role based in London? Would you like to use your finance administration skills within the fashion industry? Our client, a leading international fashion and luxury marketing agency, is looking for a talented and proactive individual to join them as Finance Administrator and Admin Assistant.

This is a permanent role, where you will work 3 days a week from the London office and 2 days from home.


As Finance Administrator and Admin Assistant, your duties will include general financial administration of invoices and statements, ensuring month-end deadlines are met.

With offices in New York, London and Paris, you will arrange travel and accommodation for staff, and collate their travel receipts, credit card accounts and reconcile intercompany accounts.

You will assist the company directors with budget and contract management, and liaise with clients on their behalf. Your organisational skills will ensure a well-managed office for overseeing maintenance, purchases and subscriptions. Assisting the PR team, you will oversee the planning and execution of press events and shows. You will not only enjoy working with numbers and data, but also engage with a variety of audiences.


Finance Administrator / Admin Assistant Main Responsibilities:

  • Accurately post and assign invoices on Xero, requesting supplier statements and ensuring monthly deadlines are met
  • Prepare employee and intern expenses for approval, correctly attaching invoices and receipts
  • Process pay run for suppliers and expenses, and manage debtor collections
  • Manage office maintenance and purchases, including ongoing office subscriptions
  • Work with the PR team to oversee the planning and execution of press days, shows and events
  • Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and intercompany New York and Paris accounts
  • Provide assistance to Directors with various adhoc tasks

Finance Administrator / Admin Assistant Key Skills:

  • Extremely confident using Xero finance software
  • High attention to detail, with good numeracy and analytical skills
  • Proactive and enthusiastic in your approach

Salary:
£30,000.00 per year

  • East London, E1 6BX: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
