An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Executive Assistant to join the Trust's Head Office Administration Team to provide a comprehensive, effective and professional secretarial service.

You will work as part of the Executive Assistant team supporting the Board Directors of the Trust.

This role specifically will be providing Executive Assistant support to the Director of Integrated Governance and administrative support to the Deputy Director of Integrated Governance.

There will be an element of the role to provide general administrative support to the Heads of Services within the Integrated Governance portfolio.


You will manage the day to day running of your Director's office liaising with other members of the Trust Board and Executive Assistant Team in a confidential and effective manner.

You will have strong prioritisation and excellent organisational skills together with the ability to remain calm and collected in a busy and dynamic environment.

Flexibility and working at pace to strict deadlines are key.


You will have proven significant experience working as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant at Senior Management or Board level, demonstrating advanced secretarial skills, both written and verbal.

You will have project management skills and be able to liaise confidently with internal and external stakeholders.


The role requires the ability to manage many competing priorities, to work logically, and to work on your own initiative and as a team player.

This is a full time post working 37.5 hours per week.

To provide a high level of administrative support to the Director of integrated Governance and where required, members of the Board Executive Team.

To co-ordinate the day-to-day management of the Director's office/s in a professional, efficient, and confidential manner.


To act as first point of contact for all communications and ensure all enquiries are acted on or directed appropriately.


To provide administrative support to the Deputy Director of Integrated Governance and general administrative support to the Heads of Services within the Integrated Governance service.


To work in partnership with the Executive Assistants to provide a comprehensive range of secretarial and administrative services, to a consistently high standard, ensuring professionalism, quality, and integrity.
