This full-time role is 40 hours per week, and consists of
five overnight reception shifts (11pm-8am). The role will also involve additional holiday cover.


What are we looking for:


  • 12 Years hotel experience.
  • 12 Years night reception experience.
  • Someone who lives and breathes hospitality.
  • Applicants should have experience WORKING NIGHTS in any role

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Respond to guest requests and feedback as they arise.
  • Manage the overnight procedures and operations.
  • Organise the continental breakfast bags.
  • Guest relations: Assist our guests and go the extra mile to assure full customer satisfaction.
