Location:
Welwyn Garden City

Salary £25,000

MCG Construction is recruiting for a
Fleet Administrator to join the team in Welwyn Garden City.

As a
Fleet Administrator you will be responsible for the following:

  • Booking in Services, MOT's, LOLER's, PMI (inspections) with relevant lease / hire providers
  • Making sure on the day of bookings that the vehicles have been taken into their garages
  • Gathering and monitoring all daily inspections sheets (SF11's) electronic and paper
  • Logging SF11's onto a spreadsheet to make sure all are done daily
  • Speaking / chasing drivers for any SF11's that have not been completed daily
  • Filing the paper SF'11's into relevant folders / filing cabinets
  • Logging and reporting any defects found on SF11 forms to relevant garages (Tyres, Windscreens etc)
  • Giving updates at daily meeting on vehicles that are off road
  • Chasing garages / lease providers on updates on vehicles that are off the road.
  • Liaising with Fleet Department on any issues that may need escalating or more information
