Description

Duties:


  • Communicate effectively with customers inperson interactions
  • Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and issue resolution
  • Utilize phone etiquette to ensure positive customer interactions
  • Upsell products and services to increase revenue
  • Analyze customer feedback to improve services
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

Experience:


  • Strong proficiency in English
  • Multilingual abilities are advantageous
  • Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication skills and a customerfocused approach

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
From £25,601.24 per year
