You would play a crucial role as the collective expands, helping to grow and shape the team whilst maintaining our core valuesand community-centric approach.

You are incredibly passionate about being a key part of theteam and having a huge impact on the continued elevation of all elements of the brand vision- Be an active and effective member of the Leadership Team, ensuring the high visibility, development, achievement and evaluation of the People strategy and objectives- Advise a growing Leadership Team as they face complex scaling challenges, and be a key partner in representing the wider team in decision making
- Working with the Leadership Team, to evolve the culture across the business and enable them to achieve their aims
- Propose, develop and implement highly effective processes throughout the full people lifecycle
- Own/manage all the hiring activity and resource planning for the business, partnering with internal stakeholders to understand and guide hiring needs
- Review, design and implement effective policies and procedures to boost employee motivation, performance and retention whilst making sure they align with the culture and are competitive within the market
- Develop and run a scalable onboarding program for new starters which trains them in the way of working, setting them up for success
- Provide professional support and guidance to leadership and managers whilst ensuring compliance throughout the brand
- Review, develop and implement an effective performance management system which acts as an enabler for growth
- Improve communication and coordination of training and development programmes Support management with disciplinary procedures and conflict management
- Manage external HR partners and administer the online HR portal, CharlieHR
- Conduct HR/DE&I/relevant initiatives and implement practices as necessary to support
MUST HAVES- A genuine love for the brand and understanding of our client's mission
- 5+ years experience leading a People/HR team at an earlystage startup, understanding
- A genuine approach to EQfirst leadership, providing empathy and support across
- CIPD qualified (Level 5 or 7) or equivalent with extensive knowledge of the latest HR
- Extensive team management and leadership experience
- Have experience designing and implementing highly effective recruitment, engagement,
high-performing team members
- Commercially aware with experience of building HR/People plans that are linked to
- Passion for helping team members achieve their full potential
- Natural master of interpersonal relations with the ability to identify and manage conflict
- Ability to work autonomously, take responsibility for own actions and make decisions with
- Excellent people skills and ability to build relationships, communicate and influence effectively at all levels.
- Positive, enthusiastic and approachable personality
- Experience developing and implementing effective processes and ways of working
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Based in London
- Eligible to work in the UK
