Who are you?

  • Very likely, you will current be or have substantial experience as 121 Executive Assistant at C-Suite level within Financial Services.
  • You'll be motivated and skilled at managing an Executive who could easily have 5 meetings at a time.
  • You'll come with credentials that highlight the value you have added to an Executive, where you have managed diaries, been an expert gatekeeper, provided seamless day to day admin, travel, stakeholder management support.
  • You'll enjoy and want to work full time in an office, close to St Pauls
  • Working as a Team with the CEO's Chief of Staff and PA, meaning that nothing gets missed or is not achievable, you'll enjoy this collaboration to make sure that basically, things get done.
  • In addition to the business needs, the CEO is an advocate for the Arts and London being a global leader in business, there will be planning for meetings, charitable events and you'll ensure that they arrive know who is who, are in the right suit, discussing the relevant topics and that they get there unflustered and ready.
  • The Chauffeur is pivotal to the smooth transitions between meetings, conferences and airports, your diary management and communication here will prove to be invaluable.
  • Of course there are expenses, lunches, and day to day administrative tasks but above all you will be the time saver, the fixer and the Executive Assistant who will go above and beyond to ensure that the CEO is supported at the very highest level.

What do you need to succeed?


You will be required to demonstrate the ability to accommodate flexible work schedule, based on the needs of management and the department, however generally this is expected to be 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday; and additionally available on the phone out of hours where needed as would be expected for a role of this seniority.


  • Experience working in a professional environment
  • Strong track record in providing senior level support as a senior Executive Assistant
  • Used to dealing with complex and confidential information
  • Confident and capable of owning diary organisation, travel arrangements, minute taking and preparation of Board papers.
  • Intermediate level Microsoft Office Suite

Salary:
£59,401.68-£69,516.65 per year
