Description

We are looking for Probate fee earner (Solicitor/FCilex) - minimum 1-2 years PQE, or experienced fee earner, to join our established Wills and Probate Department and take over an existing portfolio of work and continue to provide an excellent service to our established clients.

• Managing probate and estate administration cases.
• Drafting and reviewing various legal documentsin relation to the above.
• Advising clients on probate and administration of estates.
• Cultivating strong client relationships, demonstrating a deep understanding of their unique needs.

• Qualified solicitor, lawyer or legal executive with a minimum of 12 years' PQE in private client law.
• Or very experienced fee earner.
• Comprehensive knowledge and experience across various private client matters.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
• Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload independently, with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong problemsolving skills, providing innovative legal solutions.
