Job Title:
Head of Finance


Location:
Wetherby


Salary:
£60,000 - £65,000

Hybrid: 2 days WFH

Number of one of finance role with responsibility for all financial controls and strategic commercial finance. Reporting to Managing Director and sitting on the company's senior leadership team.
Managing an experienced and intimate team of finance staff. You'll be instrumental in the company's direction of travel and be leading the growth and development of the business.

About you:

  • Fully qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA
  • Have a strong background in manufacturing accountancy and costing
  • Be an expert is driving cashflow via OPEX and CAPEX development
  • Business partner with leadership across all departments and divisions
  • Have strong financial controls experience and a focus to improve efficiencies

Duties:


  • Full responsibility of the company's finance
  • Managing a team of finance staff
  • Manage the relationships with banks, HMRC, international HQ
  • Review and develop current processes and systems and implement improvements
  • Drive cashflow
