We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative. As a representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and assistance. Duties:


  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information
  • Conduct data entry tasks to ensure accurate record keeping
  • Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Follow call center scripts and protocols to ensure consistent service delivery
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team goals

Skills:


  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide effective solutions
  • Proficient in data entry with attention to detail
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
From £23,533.56 per year
