We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative. As a representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and assistance. - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
- Maintain customer records by updating account information
- Conduct data entry tasks to ensure accurate record keeping
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Follow call center scripts and protocols to ensure consistent service delivery
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team goals
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide effective solutions
- Proficient in data entry with attention to detail
- Multilingual abilities are a plus

From £23,533.56 per year
