We're seeking a Dispatch Operator to play a crucial role in ensuring our products reach our valued customers efficiently and effectively.

As a Dispatch Operator, you will be responsible for the final stage of our production process, ensuring that our meticulously crafted cable harnesses and electro-mechanical assemblies are packaged and dispatched to our customers with the utmost care and attention to detail.

This role involves working closely with our quality department to maintain our high standards of product excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Package cable harnesses and electromechanical assemblies according to customer specifications and shipping requirements.
Verify the accuracy and completeness of orders before dispatch, ensuring that all products meet our quality standards.
Coordinate with the logistics team to schedule pickups and deliveries, ensuring timely and efficient shipment of orders.
Maintain accurate records of dispatched orders using Microsoft packages, including Microsoft Access, to track inventory and shipment details.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve any packaging or shipping issues and address customer inquiries or concerns.
Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft packages, including Microsoft Access, for data entry and recordkeeping.
Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
Prior experience in dispatch or logistics is preferred but not required; full training will be provided.

Salary and Benefits:

Pay: £11.44 per hour

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday (8:30 am to 4:30 pm) with an early finish on Fridays (1:00 pm).
