Change & Communications Executive role at leading global media group -two year FTC


This is an incredible opportunity for a Change & Communications specialist to join one of Europe's largest media & entertainment groups.

This company is most known by its media brands across radio, magazines and TV - a big recognisable brand name with aglobal footprint.

In total, they are a team of more than 140,00 employees across Europe, Asia, Australasia and the US.

The Change & Communications Executive will report into one of the Senior Leaders in the business, overseeing the global roll out of a hugedigital transformation project.

This is a two-year Fixed Term Contract with scope to grow into a perm role.


The Change & Communications Executive role:
This is an extremely fast-paced role, reporting into the HR, People & Culture team.

The Change & Communications Executive will be working with multiple stakeholders, both internally and externally to deliver on this multi-million-pound change project.

You'llneed technical, organisational, strategic skills and be an excellent project manager, comfortable working in an operational support role.

Day to day role will include:

  • Attending multiple meetings with different teams daily (this a massive part of the role)
  • Taking key actions from the meeting and being able to distill this into information for other stakeholder groups
  • Senior level stakeholder management reporting back on activity and managing expectations
  • Project management daily, checking on outstanding items, managing timelines and overseeing budgets
  • Working closely with an external change comms agency to oversee output
  • Drafting internal comms content

What the ideal Change & Communications Executive will look like:

  • A change communications specialist currently
  • MUST have experience working on fast paced, big investmentIT projects
  • Ideally you'll have experience with Scrum
  • Exceptional communicator, particularly with internal teams and senior stakeholders
  • MUST be from an inhouse background
  • MUST enjoy and be comfortable working in an extremely fastpaced environment


The Change & Communications Executive will earn a salary up to circa £50,000, 25days holiday, discounted high street vouchers, enhanced Mat and Pat leave, and wellbeing initiatives.
