Medical Receptionist


We are a fast growing GP Practice, with approximately 30,000 patients and 3 sites, and are looking for an enthusiastic and friendly individual to join our front of house team.

Reporting to the Office manager / Reception supervisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Booking appointments with the right clinician
  • Liaising with patients
  • Updating clinical records, and
  • Managing repeat prescriptions


You will be the first point of contact for our patients and therefore it is essential that you have excellent communication skills, you are caring and have a warm and friendly manner.

You will need to be highly organised and be able to prioritise and work under pressure.


Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 30 per week


Salary:
From £10.42 per hour

  • Monday to Friday

COVID-19 considerations:
All patients are asked to wear masks and we are limited the amount of patients in the building


Experience:

Medical Receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
