Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will provide essential support and care to individuals in various healthcare settings. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

Responsibilities:

Assist with daily activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, and grooming
Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure
Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring the safety and comfort of patients
Maintain accurate and uptodate care plans for each patient
Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication and coordination of care
Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and organized environment

Skills:

Experience working in a care home or home care setting is preferred
Proficient in using basic IT systems for documentation purposes
Ability to create and update care plans based on individual needs
Valid driver's license with reliable transportation is preferred
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and their families
