Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist with special assignments/projects
  • Own Master Project timeline forecast & resource requirements whilst prioritising workload action points.
  • Own and manage weekly reporting docs / shared folders.
  • Director Diary management / Travel and calendar management
  • New property openings scheduling
  • Assist with meetings including, collating documents for meetings and assisting in minute taking

Required Skills and Experience

  • A minimum of 5 years experience in Coordination or Management
  • Experience working in a fastpaced, deadline environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project and video conferencing tools
  • Methodical with excellent attention to detail is really important
  • Proactive & effective communicator.
  • Energetic & Self Motivated.
  • Flexible and adaptable.
  • Interior Design or Hospitality background
