You'll be joining our dedicated and enthusiastic team and working closely with our Project Managers to make sure projects run smoothly and deliver quality market research insights.
All with a smile and sense of humourAs a Project Coordinator, your primary role is to recruit research participants that meet our clients' requirements.
On a day-to-day basis, you'll be on the phone liaising with external recruitment partners and screening potential recruits to ensure they're eligible and engaged.
You'll take ownership of all project-related admin tasks and event logistics, putting together daily updates that your Project Manager will feed back to our clients.
You'll have targets and - of course - your successes will be recognised with monthly bonuses and career progression opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure you have a good understanding of project requirements
- Create respondent screeners and profile sheets
- Undertake recruitment telephone calls and confirm participant data
- Undertake telephone interviews and record information
- Complete all documentation and enter data into systems
- Liaise with external recruitment partners to coordinate work and check incoming data
- Complete any market research event logístical tasks, including booking of venues and catering
- Support Project Managers and undertake any tasks that they delegate
- Provide Project Managers with progress reports and project updates, which highlight any challenges
- Follow company processes and work to agreed standards
- Contribute to risk management through effective management of information security and ISMS compliance

Salary:
£20,000.00-£23,500.00 per year
