You will be based at Tough Furniture's headquarters in Craven Arms Shropshire but the role will involve frequent travel within the UK for short periods of time.

Responsibilities

Booking and on-site liaison with subcontracted Installation Teams
Be the company's main point of contact on site with the subcontractor installation teams we use to deliver our furniture installations.
You will be Tough Furniture's first point of contact on site for both our end customer, and the subcontractor teams we are employing, and resolve any issues that come up during installation, with the Project Management Team at head office.
You will also have responsibility for booking and coordinating all subcontracted installation teams in the run up to fitting.-
Technical Site Surveys
Conduct technical site surveys to ensure right first-time installations.
To check site conditions, including:
access, PPE requirements, storage and to ensure the intended furniture can be fitted successfully.

Liaison with Site Managers
Continuous communication with the main contractor's site manager / supervisor to ensure our fitting teams can operate with as little friction as possible whilst on site.
- On-Site Quality Control
To ensure all final installations are of an exemplary standard of quality.

Required
Attributes
- Willing to travel nationally for frequent short periods
- Must be able to read and interpret plans / drawings.
- High level planning and organising skills with the ability to provide 'spur of the moment' solutions to problems.
- Have an extremely high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience working on a building / construction site overseeing product
- Must be people focused and lead by example
- Customer service driven you will be able to communicate well with customers, installers
- CSCS card and SSSTS Card (the Company will fund training for these cards if required).
Desired Attributes:
- Basic furniture installation skills, as may be occasionally required to carry out smallscale installations personally.
- Good working knowledge of furniture/construction industries.
- Interest in learning new software packages, and continuous improvement in systems of work.

£30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
