Description

• Prepare concrete surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and smoothing them
• Set up forms or molds to hold the concrete in place
• Pour concrete into the forms and spread it evenly
• Use hand tools such as trowels, edgers, and floats to finish the surface
• Repair or patch damaged concrete surfaces
• Operate power tools such as grinders and saws to cut or shape concrete
• Follow safety guidelines and wear appropriate protective gear

• Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher or similar role
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for concrete work
• Knowledge of masonry and carpentry techniques
• Ability to read blueprints or construction plans is a plus
• Commercial driving experience is preferred but not required
• Mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance is a plus

• Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and long periods of standing
• Excellent attention to detail for precise finishing work
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Good communication skills to collaborate with other construction professionals
