Catch 22 are working with a high-end residential property management company looking for a Permanent
Concierge (Daytime 7am
  • 7pm)
 **to join their team at the beginning of August, in a new exclusive and up-market residential complex in London Poplar E14


Key responsibilities of the Concierge:

You will be responsible for the front of house customer services routines within the development.

Front of House

  • Interact in an enthused and empathetic manner to all people on site.
  • Answer the phones
  • Be empathetic in relation to customers requests, queries or concerns
  • Asset Management to support the ongoing asset management routines of the development. Liaising with key stakeholders.
  • Risk Management liasing with the client relationship/support team, contractors and customers to facilitate risk assessments and routine risk management tasks. Maintaining a detailed audit trial of all actions.

Hours and Salary for the Concierge:

  • Full time permanent 7am
  • 7pm
- £27k per annum + benefits

  • 28 days annual leave (BH's are considered a working day so need to be booked off)
