Catch 22 are working with a high-end residential property management company looking for a PermanentConcierge (Daytime 7am
- 7pm)
Key responsibilities of the Concierge:
You will be responsible for the front of house customer services routines within the development.
Front of House
- Interact in an enthused and empathetic manner to all people on site.
- Answer the phones
- Be empathetic in relation to customers requests, queries or concerns
- Asset Management to support the ongoing asset management routines of the development. Liaising with key stakeholders.
- Risk Management liasing with the client relationship/support team, contractors and customers to facilitate risk assessments and routine risk management tasks. Maintaining a detailed audit trial of all actions.

Hours and Salary for the Concierge:
- Full time permanent 7am

- 28 days annual leave (BH's are considered a working day so need to be booked off)
