Goodman Masson are working with a private equity backed property portfolio business to recruit for a Senior FP&A Analyst. This is an exciting time to join the organisation as they continue their fast growth. You will have the opportunity to work closelywith C-level leadership and investors.


You will be a qualified Accountant (ideally CIMA or ACA) with strong commercial acumen and FP&A experience within a commercial setting.


Day to day duties include:


  • Partner with key business stakeholders to assess current trends and provide forward looking strategic direction
  • Influence current and new projects and business strategies through commercial and financial support
  • Finance lead for all operational business performance, notifying Leadership of potential changes to current targets including reasoning
  • Responsible for the projection of all operational key metrics across the business for annual budget and quarterly forecast cycles
  • Financial modelling to capture all data points, assess and analyse
  • Provide commercial insight on operational activities across the business
  • Provide commercial reports to the Leadership, Investors and the Board for approval

Essentials:


  • CIMA/ACA/ACCA Qualified or equivalent
  • Commercial mindset
  • Ability to influence stakeholders at a senior level
  • Financial modelling and strong excel skills
