Interim Human Resources Advisor (Rewards and Benefits) - Gloucester / Hybrid - £37-42,500 FTE
Working as part of a large, modern and experienced people management function, this will be a broad and fast paced assignment that will call for an experienced HR professional.
Key responsibilities to include:
- Assume a professional lead in business wide rewards and benefits analysis, ensuring a highly effective and efficient service delivery
- Work closely with people management colleagues, business partners and department managers across the organisation
- Design and implement high quality businesswide rewards and befits initiatives and solutions to improve the function performance
- Lead projects and complex cases, taking ownership as appropriate
- Proactively mentor and develop junior HR colleagues
- Provide high quality advice in HR best practice and employment law
- Analysis and interpretation of HRM information
- Support senior management team with formal HR procedures and processes
