Job Type:
Part-Time (20 hours)


Working Hours of Role: 08:30 - 12:30, Monday - Friday (negotiable)

Applicants must be flexible with working hours due to the nature of the business, involving travel to client sites.


Responsibilities

  • Prioritise workload to ensure a proactive approach to deliver the compliance administration requirements of all clients.
  • Assist in general administration duties as requested by the Principal Consultant and other members of the team.
  • Development and maintenance of contents within client management systems.
  • Liaising with the team, clients and certification bodies.
  • Client site visits to assist in administrative duties for general site visits and audits.
  • Additional duties as required to fulfil business needs.

Qualifications

  • Essential: Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 package; including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
  • Essential: Computer confident.
  • Essential: Minimum Grade C in GCSE Mathematics, English Language and ICT.
  • Essential: Ability to work effectively under pressure with excellent organisation and time management skills.
  • Essential: Ability to work both in a team and independently.
  • Essential: Confident, upbeat and quick learner.
  • Essential: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Essential: Meticulous work approach with a strong attention to detail.
  • Essential: Flexible and adaptable individual.
  • Preferred: Demonstrable experience in a similar role.
  • Preferred: Compliance experience, to include ISO / Health & Safety / Quality / Environmental Standards.

Salary:
£11,500.00-£13,500.00 per year

  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
