Job summary

We are looking for a Client Services Manager who will be responsible for the day-to-day health, engagement and retention of AutoGrab's UK customer base.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Onboarding & Adoption Own the UK onboarding process from contract signature through to go-live
  • Schedule and run onboarding sessions, ensuring attendance and completion Track onboarding progress and proactively chase non-engaged customers Ensure customers are set up correctly and confident using the platform
  • Account Management & Retention Act as the primary point of contact for UK customers post-sale Run regular check-ins to review usage, performance and value Monitor adoption, engagement and key usage metrics Proactively manage renewals and reduce churn Escalate and manage any risks to value delivery or data confidence
  • Support & Issue Management Log track manage support tickets on behalf of customers when required Coordinate with Product Engineering Support to resolve issues Keep customers informed with clear regular updates Ensure issues are owned end-to-end fully closed Reportin Insights Maintain accurate CRM account records Provide regular visibility on customer health risks trends Feed recurring issues improvement opportunities back Product Leadership Support churn reviews root cause analysis Internal Coordination Work closely Sales ensure smooth handovers Expectation setting Align with Product roadmap items known limitations releases Support Marketing Enablement customer feedback references case studies Act voice UK customer internally Ideal Experience Experience Customer Success Client services Account management similar SaaS automotive retail technology platform background preferred Comfortable working data metrics operational processes Highly organised strong follow-through Confident communicating dealers senior stakeholders Practical proactive solutions-focused What Success Looks Like High onboardincompletion faster time-value Strong customer engagement product adoption Reduced churn improved renewal performance Clear visibility account across IDWhy Join AutoGrab Be part high-growth purpose-driven company transforming industry through intelligence Thrive dynamic collaborative culture where high-performance ownership growth genuinely rewarded Join global organisation offices Australia Asia ambitious international expansion ahead
