Duties will involve:
- Arranging collections for goods to be returned
- Prepare cheques for banking
- Invoice queries
- Maintaining logs through a spreadsheet
- Reviewing POD's
- Looking after selected customer accounts and monitoring the KPI's
- Posting cash payments
- Strong admin experience
- Attention to details
Required Experience:
- Experience within a similar position with a high volume of transactions
- Ability to work within a face paced environment
- Liaising with other departments including operations and warehouse
- Good sense of urgency and responsiveness to situations
- Basic knowledge of Excel
Salary:
From £1.00 per year
