Looking for a new full time job with an immediate start?
Exciting opportunity to join our team working as a call handler within a busy customer services department.

Supporting our client who are a leader in the vehicle movement/motor trade industry, you will be part of a very busy and important team who deal with lots of incoming calls on a daily basis providing whilst providing an excellent customer service.

You could be talking with customers or clients and therefore must be able to adapt to different characters. Never, ever failing on providing an excellent service. You will be professional, organised and be able to perform under pressure.

Working with a small team who are looking for someone who is willing to go the extra mile and be extremely efficient.

This is a very busy role so you must have experience working in a similar environment.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience within the motor trade would be a huge advantage.
  • Experience of working with busy incoming calls
  • Experience of dealing with customer queries that are time critical
  • Be passionate about providing excellent customer service
  • Be hard working, punctual and reliable
  • Looking to start work immediately
