Medical Workforce Coordinator


An opportunity has arisen for a Medical Workforce Administrator to work in our Medical Workforce Team at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.


We're looking for a team member who is:

  • very organised and has demonstrable administration and support skills, managing conflicting priorities at the same time
- has great people skills with a background working in a professional or customer services environment, who can work with a wide range of stakeholders effectively
- has demonstrable experience and understanding of handling sensitive information, keeping a high level of diplomacy and confidentiality with strong attention to detail
- has previous experience of working with NHS Medical & Dental national terms and conditions, although this is desirable, along with a good working knowledge of Trac, NHS Jobs and ESR (Employee Staff Record)


The post holder will play an important role in the Medical Workforce Team, a specialist service aiming to provide high quality expert advice for doctors and dentists.

They will provide medical administrative support to clinicians and line managers in relation to all medical staffing issues including the issuing of honorary contracts and payroll admin to ensure the provision of an efficient, effective and timely service provision and will be responsible for the day to day management of the team inbox.
