Description
Administrator required to provide all office duties to a busy Project Team. This is an interesting and very varied role based in a modern and friendly company. Our established client have been supplying marketing solutions both in the UK and abroad for over 20 years. You will be involved in arranging events and marketing from beginning to completion

This is an excellent opportunity, if you are looking for a fun and lively environment, to work for our award winning client


Duties will include:
Rapport building with clients in order to get a clear picture of their needs

Collating information and distributing work

Proof reading

Contacting suppliers to get best price

Coordinating and delivering projects in an effective manner

Liaising both internally and with clients to ensure a smooth operation

The successful applicant will have good communication and administration skills.

You will work well as part of a team and also have the initiative to make decisions and work on your own.

Hours are 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday
