This is an exciting opportunity to develop highly specialist level knowledge and leadership skills in relation to Adult In patient SLT services in partnership with our acute and community colleagues.

The post holder will lead the development of new and effective ways of working that improve care for adults across our inpatient areas.

The post holder will be a highly skilled, experienced clinician with a high level of dysphagia skills.

You will be well supported by Service Manager and Team Lead colleagues in leading a team that consists of therapists and assistants.

All staff are supported to participate in a robust supervision programme and will be provided with regular CPD opportunities, giving you opportunity to develop your knowledge and skills

We work closely with colleagues in health, social care, voluntary services, and the third sector to provide a genuinely person-centred service.

You must be able to effectively manage their own time, demonstrate excellent communication skills and demonstrate strong clinical and people management skills.

Experience of line management and quality improvement are desirable but not essential.

This is a fabulous team to work with in a beautiful part of Scotland.

Hours: 37.5 hours, permanent contract - Part time will be considered
