We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor, to join a successful and well-established, company based in Bromsgrove.

This is a perfect opportunity if you are looking to kick start your Customer Service career, within a rapidly growing business.

This a full time, permanent position with a salary up between £21,000 -£22,500 depending on experience.

Customer Service Duties will include:

Answering phone calls to our customers/sales reps
Processing day to day orders via the phone and website
Chasing missing orders/out of stock frame information
Admin roles such as filing/activating website accounts/sending catalogues out for new customers
Reporting to Customer Care Supervisor who will organise your work when not on the phone.

Customer Service Skills and Experience needed:

Must be able to drive and have own transport, due to location
Experience working within a customer service environment.
Experience in handling and resolving customer complaints at first point of contact.
A high level of accuracy in work and a confident telephone manner
