Job Summary


Back Care Solutions provide ergonomic office solutions and mobility equipment to improve the comfort, support and wellbeing of people across the UK.

This role will provide administrative support to the customer service team who raise all our customer orders and input these onto the our system.

The role requires a highly motivated, organised & customer-focused applicant with a high level of accuracy and strong attention to detail.


Duties and Responsibilities
Assisting & developing the customer service department with the below tasks:

  • Raising sales orders on Sage 50
  • Ensuring all information has been received by the customer to enable the sales order to be raised
  • Requesting any missing customer information or extra information required to raise the sales orders
  • Updating Customers on lead times / order status for nonstock items
  • Requesting feedback from customers via Trustpilot following delivery
  • Liaising with all other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient customer order process
