The Company:

ER Recruitment are excited to be working with our client, an imaginative, forward-thinking manufacturer based in Leicester. They are a family-owned company who have won several awards for their stylish designs.

They are now seeking a Trade Sales Administrator who will be crucial to the team, providing outstanding customer service and great administrative skills.


Role & Responsibilities of the Trade Sales Administrator:

  • Take enquiries for the Trade Sales department and liaise with other departments to assist customers over the phone.
  • Assist to process customer orders of remakes.
  • Monitor the Trade Sales inbox and answer any customer queries
  • Liaise with production and despatch to book customer deliveries
  • Ensuring systems and files are updated, by following up projects with the team and receiving latest updates.
  • Looking at processes and procedures to create further efficiencies
  • Perform work related tasks when requested from the Managers/Directors

About You as the Trade Sales Administrator:

  • Great customer service experience with a background in administration
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Team player but can also work on own initiative
  • Good IT skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to multitask
