Description
We are looking for experienced people to work an ongoing Local Authority contract in Sunderland.

37 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm

To help, advise and direct customer's contacts either via the telephone or face to face.

To deliver a high-quality service, by listening and helping the customer and exceeding their expectations

To resolve customer enquiries with the aim of satisfying customers within a single contact.

Experience of working within Council Tax preferred but not essential.

Ideally you will have a minimum of a Level 2 in customer service or related topic.

These are temporary/ongoing contracts which can lead to permanent work within the authority.


Working for Blu Tech you will receive weekly pay and be allocated a dedicated work consultant as your personal point of contact.


Salary:
£11.59 per hour

Experience:

- customer service: 1 year (required)


Licence/Certification:

  • NVQ in customer service (preferred)
