Description

Responsibilities:


  • Measure, mark, and shape materials to specified measurements
  • Build or repair cabinets, frameworks, floors, and other wood fixtures using hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machines
  • Install fixtures such as windows, frames, flooring, and trim using carpenter's hand and power tools
  • Remove damaged or defective parts of structures and repair or replace using hand tools
  • Erect scaffolding and ladders for assembling structures above ground level (with training)
  • Maintain records, document actions, and present written progress reports

Requirements:


  • Excellent interpersonal skills and indepth knowledge of carpentry competencies
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to solve problems quickly
  • General knowledge of building materials and related disciplines
  • Must have a valid UK driving licence

Working Hours:
40 hours per week Working from: 08:00 to 16:45 Monday to Thursday and 08:00 to 16:00 Friday
