Bank Reconciliations:
includes supplier payments, customer receipts and general ledger transaction allocation multi Currency

Ad-hoc BACS & CHAPS Payment Creation

Monitor Bank Daily and Report Movements


Office Admin
Running functions associated with a small office, including some HR support tasks:
General Stationery and Office Supplies

Facilities (Fire Extinguishers /Health and Safety)

Document Management (Storage)


Skills and Attributes
Accurate and highly proficient in data entry

Excellent MS Excel skills

Excellent communication skills

Self-starter with the ability to maintain processes and controls

Strong organisational skills:
taking the initiative, knowing what, how, and when to prioritise tasks

Knowledge of the accounting package Epicor and HSBCnet would be useful but not essential


Work Experience Requirements Essential:

Minimum of five years experience in bookkeeping, data entry, reconciliation and administration

Excellent written communication skills

Commitment to working daily in a small office environment (not hybrid)


Qualification/Education Requirements
AAT Qualified at Foundation Level or demonstrable experience
