Building Surveyor - Exeter


HLC are currently working in partnership with a leading multi-disciplined building consultancy based in Exeter who are actively seeking a Building Surveyor to join their rapidly expanding team working on projects across the South West.

Our client established have been established for over 50 years and employ circa 120 staff across their 5 offices.

They provide a comprehensive range of Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying & Architecture services to both private and public sector clients.


  • A Building Surveying related degree
  • A minimum 2 years Building Surveying experience
  • Be RICS accredited
  • Experience working on residential & education projects
  • Have a full clean driving licence


This role will require you to travel to sites across the South West, applicants must be happy to travel to be considered for this role.

Flexible/ remote working will also be offered.
