Description

Responsibilities:

• Operate and control the crane to lift, move, and position heavy materials and objects
• Safely maneuver loads using hand signals or radio communication with ground crew
• Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents or injuries
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate lifting operations and ensure efficient workflow
• Keep accurate records of daily activities, including load weights, times, and maintenance checks

Requirements:

• Valid crane operator certification or license
• Proven experience operating cranes in a construction or industrial setting
• Strong knowledge of crane operations, rigging techniques, and safety procedures
• Ability to interpret and follow blueprints, diagrams, and load charts
• Excellent handeye coordination and spatial awareness
• Physical stamina to withstand long hours of sitting or standing in the crane cab
• Attention to detail and ability to work with precision in tight spaces
• Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with ground crew and team members
