Technical Team Coordinator, temp role until end of March 2023 initially, £15-16 per hour plus holiday pay. The team are working a hybrid pattern currently.

Our client, a leading organisation in the cultural and arts world, providing entertainment and events requires an Technical Team Coordinator to start ASAP.

This is a full-time temporary role up until the end of March 2023 initially. The role will suit youif you relish multi tasking and getting involved in delivering transformational IT projects.

The main duties of this role will include:

Having some previous exposure to M36
Able to manage the diaries of several team members as well as delivery calendar
Keeping all deadlines updated and monitoring any potential date slippage
Keeping senior team members abreast of all dates and current updates and issues
Previous experience in mail merge spreadsheet and filtering
Experience working with records and information management
Basic knowledge of working to file structures and naming conventions
Communication with clients, partners, guests/speakers, and frontofhouse and technical teams
Supports departmental & external meetings, including timetabling, ensuring provision of relevant technology and/or catering, minuting and distributing information to internal and external colleagues and partners timetable, prepare and minute partner planningand review meetings
Provides administrative support to the team, including organising travel and accommodation bookings across the team and providing diary support
Taking minutes and producing regular reports
Distribution of all project updates

Skills and Requirements

Strong administration skills, organised, able to work in a fast paced environment
The ability to take minutes and disseminate actions and next steps to all parties
Competent with IT systems and the ability to learn new software and technologies
An interest in IT project delivery
A proven track record of promoting and supporting diversity and inclusion
