Bearward Engineering is a Northampton based firm manufacturing radiators for the power generation industry.

Due to sustained growth and increased product demand, we are looking to recruit team players with a positive can-do attitude.

Practical, hands on, good communication skills, with a willingness to work flexibly and attention to good housekeeping. Factory/Manufacturing background desirable but not essential

FACTORY OPERATIVE

Job Title:
Manufacturing line operative - within Sectional Core/ Conventional core

Shift 06:00-14:00 (38 hours/week)


Reporting To:

MANUFACTURING MANAGER

Responsible for/Duties (full training will be given):

  • Working in a manual environment, the role is to process cores (radiators) through the manufacturing production line
  • Checking quality of the product during the process
  • PPE supplied; safety glasses, ear protection, overalls, gloves, safety boots (and visors where relevant)
