Job Description:Your responsibilities may include:
- To support and assist senior Project Managers in all the activities of managing a project, specifically to support the cost, time and quality of the given project
- Development of project documentation such as gantt chart, timing plans,resource plans, cost analysis to assist in project planning
- To support site work activities, from time to time, where project management is required, this may include site visit and assisting on site
- Participate in Project meetings and reviews to give input and suggestions to others to ensure we offer the most innovative and cost effective solutions to our customers
- Support the complete project management quality gate process from first customer contact through to order fulfilment, having direct contact with the customer, sales teams, purchasing, quality and production departments
- Support in the management of customer enquiries, quotations and post order customer communication and feedback
- Support in ensuring projects are planned, monitored and fulfilled successfully employing best practice and just in time principles
- Support, the continued improvement of project management processes and methods

Qualifications:
- A new or recent graduate in a relevant degree in Engineering Project Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Design, Product Design, Production Engineering or any other General Engineering degree
- Selforganised with a structured working approach to high quality standards
- Excellent attention to detail, decision making and problem solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, able to present self well when communicating with customers and suppliers
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong MS Office skills
- Good command of the English language (spoken and written)
- Able to take responsibility for your own development and complete the required training and evidence of training.
- Good planning and documenting skills
- Able to understand customer expectations and deliver to deadlines.
- Must be prepared to travel and stay overnight when required
- Full UK driving licence
