Hours:
Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00, 1 hour lunch

Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Contact customers for payments, handle queries, and issue credit notes.
  • Manage order requests, credit checks, and new account openings.
  • Generate invoices, allocate payments, and implement debt collection.
  • Maintain stop lists, scan delivery proofs, and handle data entry.
  • Reconcile credit, fuel, and bank transactions, post cashbook entries.
  • Perform Intrastat reporting and foster relationships with stakeholders.
  • Review and improve systems/processes, provide holiday cover.
  • Archive documents, manage petty cash, and support internal functions.

Skills and Experience:


  • Significant experience of working within a busy financial environment with relevant experience in a Sales ledger role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Good commercial acumen, integrity and credibility
  • Selfdisciplined and efficient, with a flexible and proactive nature
  • Solid team working skills.
  • Able to prioritise and organise work load with ability to problem solve
  • Good attention to detail
