We have an amazing rotational internship opportunity available where we work in collaboration to design your own placement.

We want to understand what you want to achieve during your internship and design a programme around your personal and professional objectives.

The opportunities can give you exposure to; Food and Beverage, Front of House, Concierge, Housekeeping, Kitchens, maintenance, Sales and Marketing, HR and Finance.

Over the course of a 24 months programme, you will focus on two, 9 months rotations before beginning a 6 month in-depth supervisor assignment, running the day-to-day operations within your chosen area of specialty.

You will work on projects which are designed to showcase your skills and have a real and positive impact on how the hotel operates and performs.
