Role Overview:


Full and part time positions available, with the offer of Hybrid working after you have successfully completed your probation.
We are looking for a suitably experienced Credit Control Administrator to join our team.

Our Credit Control Team and processes are evolving so if you are keen to deliver excellent results to tight timescales and can demonstrate experience in working to targets, we are waiting to hear from you


Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Ensure that invoices issued to selfpaying patients are paid in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate records of all chasing activity and prepare reports on same when requested
  • Manage queries from both client and patient in a prompt, efficient manner ensuring all queries are dealt with to completion
  • Regularly make contact with patients to ensure all relevant debts are managed as necessary
  • Handle disputed bills and negotiate to collect payments within the agreed terms
  • Meet cash & debtor day targets set by management
  • Be willing to take on additional ad hoc duties as they arise

Requirements & Skills:


  • Ideally at least 1 years' experience in a busy credit control or billing function
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Competent knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes particularly excel
