Role

  • To answer all telephone calls in a prompt, helpful and efficient manner, ensuring that all callers requirements are understood and ensure that calls are directed to the relevant personnel
  • To carry out any related administrative duties in a methodical and diligent manner on a timely basis

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming telephone calls in the prescribed manner
  • Pass details of enquiries that you are unable to deal with to an appropriate person or take a message
  • Opening / distributing / franking of daily post
  • Manage the Tuckers Helpdesk
  • Meet and greet clients on front of house reception desk
  • Manage the Fax Inbox
  • Updating appointments on the dashboard
  • E-Filing Data
  • Carry out any administration duties as required
  • To assist with the day to day facilities of the office where needed

Person Specification

  • Minimum of 6 months experience of working as a telephonist
  • Methodical and diligent in carrying out administrative duties
  • Possess good communication skills
  • Ability to speak clearly and concisely
  • Have helpful and confident manner
  • Ability to work well within a team
  • Smartly dressed
  • PC Literate with good keyboard skills
  • Ability to problem solve

£20,377.00 per year
