Description

Reed is currently seeking highly qualified and dedicated secondary school supply teachers to join our team.

As a supply teacher, you will be responsible for providing short-term coverage for absent classroom teachers and ensuring that students receive ahigh-quality education.

To be considered for this role, you must:

Hold a bachelor's degree in education and have qualified teaching status
Have the right to work in the UK and a DBS certificate on the update service
Have strong behaviour management skills and a commitment to maintaining a positive and supportive learning environment
Prior experience teaching at the secondary school level is preferred, but not required

As a supply teacher at Reed, you will be expected to:

Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment for all students
Follow the existing lesson plans and curriculum of the absent teacher
Engage and motivate students to participate in class
Manage classroom behavior and discipline in accordance with school policies
Communicate effectively with students, colleagues, and parents
